Radial Leaded Varistors
Radial leaded varistors protect electronic components and integrated circuits from transient voltage surges and electrostatic discharges. Littelfuse makes several of these surface mounted surge protective devices for specific uses. For instance, our AUMOV® radial leaded metal oxide varistors are AEC-200–qualified for automotive applications. Our Hi-Rel devices meet military standards for high reliability, and TMOV® varistors employ patented technology to ensure thermal protection from spikes in heat due to voltage surges. UltraMOV® devices are optimized to protect ac power lines.
  • Available with maximum ac voltage operating ratings from 4 V ac to 1 kV ac

  • Available with transient energy ratings (Wtm) from 100 mJ to 890 J
