Accessory Clamps
Using bar clamps specifically designed for high-power IGBT modules ensures the insulated-gate bipolar transistors remain in place and work reliably. Littelfuse makes a wide variety of such clamps for all sizes of capsule-type IGBT modules. Insulation on the clamps prevents heat damage, and the clamps themselves prevent semiconductors and diodes from shifting due to vibration or movement.
  • Available with capsule holding forces from 450 kgf to 8500 kgf
  • Available with mounting surface diameters from 19 mm to 132 mm
