N-channel Super Junction MOSFETs
Super junction N-channel MOSFETs feature the lowest on-state resistances for solid state switches with drain-to-source voltage ratings of 600 V to 800 V. Littelfuse produces several versions of these metal-oxide–semiconductor field effect transistors. Our devices employ third- and fourth-generation fast CoolMOS* technology to ensure reliable high-speed switching for power supplies, dc–dc converters, and induction heaters. We also make multichip super junction N-channel MOSFETs configured for use as buck converters, totem pole devices, or dc choppers.CoolMOS* is a trademark of Infineon Technologies AG.
