This series will be End of Life (EOL) and is not recommended for new designs. Replacement will be the SC3051 series.

The SP3051 integrates low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes with an additional zener diode to protect each I/O pin against ESD and high surge events. This robust component can safely absorb 20A of current per IEC 61000-4-5 (tP=8/20μs) without performance degradation and a minimum ±30kV ESD rating per IEC 61000-4-2 2nd edition. Their very low off-state capacitance is compatible with high speed circuits.
